This policy applies to apps published by sjgoodapps.

Data collection
sjgoodapps apps do not collect personal data from within the app for transmission to the developer, and sjgoodapps does not sell personal data. If a particular app ever introduces data collection beyond what is described here, this policy will be updated accordingly.
On-device processing
Many sjgoodapps apps process content, progress, preferences, worksheet generation, PDF creation, and language settings locally on your device.
Squatty Bird: camera, movement and recordings
Squatty Bird uses the front camera to recognise body movement and squats. Camera frames and body-joint estimates are processed on your iPhone using Apple Vision. They are not transmitted to sjgoodapps. Frame Only hides the camera image from the game view while camera-based movement recognition continues.
Gameplay recording is optional. Recordings and saved progress are stored on your device. A camera-view recording can contain your appearance and surroundings; a Frame Only recording uses the illustrated scenery and movement outline. A recording leaves the app only when you choose Save or Share. Saving a run to Photos requests add-only Photos access; sharing sends it to the destination you select.
Squatty Bird has no account system, advertising or third-party analytics SDK. Purchase access is managed through Apple StoreKit and your App Store account. Apple processes purchases and restoration under its own privacy terms. Local purchase access and medal records are kept separately.
If you choose to export a support diagnostic report, review it before sharing. Public reports are designed to exclude camera images and pose coordinates; advanced reports may contain technical movement and timing information. Reports are not uploaded automatically.
Bundled technique videos play locally. Opening an optional source or rights link takes you to the external provider's website, whose privacy policy applies.

Who provides Three Routes
Three Routes is published by sjgoodapps. For privacy questions or requests, contact sjgoodapps@gmail.com. This policy describes the iPhone app, companion Apple Watch app and widgets.
Location, searches and routes
With your permission, the app uses location to plan and guide outdoor walking and running routes and to record workouts you explicitly start. You can also select a starting place or map pin. Apple receives the coordinates and search information needed to provide native Maps directions and place results. Apple's privacy policy applies to its processing. sjgoodapps does not operate a separate routing server or receive a copy of your route requests.
Saved routes and workout records
The app stores saved route names, planned paths, available directions, starting points and planning preferences on your device. Separately, recorded workouts can retain measured GPS coordinates and timestamps, distance, duration, activity type, recovery checkpoints and available workout statistics. A recovery checkpoint helps recover an interrupted recording. Saved exact routes remain until you delete them; coarse route-planning preferences are retained locally for up to 90 days. Device backups may retain copies according to your settings.
Apple Watch and widgets
The app uses Apple's WatchConnectivity to transfer chosen routes, saved-route libraries, workout settings and workout records between your paired iPhone and Watch. During an active Watch workout, available GPS and workout metrics can be mirrored on iPhone. Saved routes remain on Watch after successful delivery. Deleting a saved route queues removal from Watch on its next successful library synchronization. Widgets provide shortcuts and may use locally shared app preferences.
Apple Health and fitness information
Health access is optional and controlled by Apple's permission screens. With your authorization, the app can save walking or running workouts, distance and measured workout routes to Apple Health. Workout and route information can be checked to reduce duplicate records. During Watch workouts, authorized heart-rate and active-energy statistics may be used for workout feedback. A body-weight value you choose to enter on iPhone is used locally to estimate active calories. sjgoodapps does not receive this information, sell it, use it for advertising or send it to a routing provider. Apple Health manages its own records and synchronization according to your Apple settings.
Camera squat counting
The optional squat counter processes camera frames and body-joint estimates on your iPhone using Apple Vision. The app does not save or upload camera footage or body-joint coordinates. Frame Only hides the camera image while on-device counting continues. Manual counting is available without camera permission. Only repetition counts, dates, selected goals and whether the counter was camera-based or manual are retained as activity records.
Training, speech and reminders
Custom interval names and stages, repeat counts, training progress, goals, strength totals, completed stretches and activity streaks are stored on your device. Guidance speech uses Apple's system speech services and available audio output; no speech text is sent to sjgoodapps. Optional workout reminders use system notifications. You control the relevant permissions in device settings.
GPX export and sharing
A planned-route GPX contains planned coordinates without invented workout timestamps. A recorded-workout GPX contains measured location fixes and their timestamps. Files leave the app when you choose an export or sharing destination. A GPX can reveal a starting place, route and, for a recorded workout, the times you were there. The selected recipient controls its copy under its own policies. There is no direct connection to a third-party fitness account.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases, subscription renewals, restoration and refunds through StoreKit. The app uses verified entitlements to manage Pro access. sjgoodapps does not receive your payment-card details.
Advertising, analytics and developer collection
The app has no account system, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK or developer-hosted workout database. On-device location, fitness, camera and training processing does not transmit those records to sjgoodapps. Apple may process information needed for its Maps, Health, purchase, backup and diagnostic services under its own privacy terms. Your device and account settings control applicable Apple services.
Support and website visits
If you email support, we receive the message and any information or files you choose to include and use them to respond. Email and website providers process associated communications and connection information under their policies.
Your choices and deletion
Manage Location, Health, Camera and Notifications permissions in system settings. Use the app's History and Settings controls to delete available local workout, track, training and strength records or reset route preferences. Saved routes can be renamed or deleted individually. Removing the app normally removes its app-held data, subject to your backups. Delete separately retained Apple Health records in Apple Health. Copies already exported or shared must be removed at their destinations. Paired Watch deletion updates require a successful connection and synchronization.

On-device storage
sjgoodapps apps may store settings, progress, preferences, and related app state locally on your device so your setup can persist between sessions. Where an app creates documents such as PDFs, those files are generated on your device and remain there unless you choose to print, save, email, or share them.
Retention and deletion
Locally stored app data remains on your device until you remove it, reset it within the app if that option exists, or delete the app, subject to normal iOS backup and restore behavior. sjgoodapps does not maintain user accounts or server-side personal data for these apps unless explicitly stated in the app.
Third parties and remote services
sjgoodapps apps do not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, account systems, or cloud sync for their core features unless explicitly stated in the app. Some apps may fetch public reference content or open third-party websites, videos, or other external resources when you choose to use those features.
External links and public reference content
Where an app includes external links or public reference material, those third-party services may receive network information such as IP address and may handle your data under their own privacy policies. sjgoodapps is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
Email and sharing
If you choose to email, share, print, or open external resources from an app, that action happens only when you initiate it. Any information you include in an email is sent through your own mail account or the destination you choose.

If you contact support by email, the developer will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. That information is used only to respond to your support request.
